Yup, it’s only Thursday evening and I’m tired of watching amateur cooks face off over hamburgers on the Food Channel and with Friday being a full day down at our Innovation Factory for Mentor Committee intakes and meetings and then Cafe iF – I’m going to miss the chance to add a new post here to our blog. So….here’s our Fabulous Friday Infographic….and boy do we have a real winner to lead off with!

David Mihm, noted SEO practitioner from the Pacific NorthWest, is one of my own SEO personal role models. This man knows SEO. Period. And as he also runs the 30+ of us who help him with his Annual Local Search Ranking Factors Survey, he knows Google Maps/Places too. And then there’s the getListed.org online research group that he founded and runs – and did I mention the whole #localUniveristy group too? Okay, you get my drift…if there’s a guy to emulate, David would be dang close to the top of that list, eh!

Well, it appears that like most entrepreneurs who have a passion about what it is that gets them up and into the office before 7 am – David has added something totally new at least to me and it’s his infographic entitled “A Brief History of Google Places” that you can find here… - and what a read and study this is, eh!

As David notes, we Canadian SEO types pay loads of attention to whatever comes out of Google on a daily basis – and those of us like my own practice, who work a majority of the time in the Local Search space we stay at the “bleeding edge” of the constant daily changes that Google puts out for their local Places/Maps algo! And I mean daily! Hourly even….and to stay ahead of the competition, we need to be studying and researching and testing and analyzing on a daily/hourly basis, eh!

Further as David notes in that posting – he and Mike Blumenthal and Matt McGee (surely the top three Local Search experts on the continent at least in my book!!!) contributed data and David has been hard at work compiling and working out the variations on the Google changes to the Local Search algo and as David points out, the interactive version of same MUST be a click you invest time in! DO IT! Go to that link and try the interactive link….and what you’ll find is one of the best tactical studies on the Google local algo that I’ve ever seen. Period.

David’s infographic covers from 2004 right up to 2011 and he has color-coded the details with respect to both the announcements of changes as the magnitude of same….and it’s so dang easy to follow the changes as they’ve occurred. For those of us who run an SEO practice in the Local Search space, we can (as I did with some glee and some regrets) match what’s noted with our client serps and find that “yup, got that one big time” and “oops…missed that totally” occurred throughout the 8 year reach of the study.

David, many many thanks from both myself, the whole SEO community – and yes, my clients too!

Muchly appreciated and I feel like I should be sending you some cash just to validate that you captured and publicized what I too found…used…and my clients gained some serp traction for same! #Kudos David…for an SEO job well done!

Well, I suppose it had to happen…that Google would decide to “clean-up” it’s Places/Maps pages and so far, this new change is somewhat disturbing to those of us in the SEO channel. We’re the ones who work hard at the fulfillment of all of the various factors that are needed to move a client’s site up and up in the rankings for Google Places/Maps so that if someone looks for say “lawyers in Hamilton” — the client site comes up nice and high in the left hand sidebar with a link to the full client page.

This is a part of what any SEO practitioner does and it takes some “doing” to know exactly all the ins and outs to both get that ranking and to keep it too!

The changes that they’ve made are somewhat transparent, at least if you read the notice here on the offical Google LatLong site –

“Based on careful thought about the future direction of Place pages, and feedback we’ve heard over the past few months, review snippets from other web sources have now been removed from Place pages. Rating and review counts reflect only those that’ve been written by fellow Google users, and as part of our continued commitment to helping you find what you want on the web, we’re continuing to provide links to other review sites so you can get a comprehensive view of locations across the globe…”

Okay…so, did you catch that? Before, rankings were based on review snippets from other web sources, like Yelp or TripAdvisor or any of the many online review sites. No more!

And did you note that from now on, only ratings and review counts would be used that are written by Google users….and that means that what used to be shown, the citations from other web pages that referenced the business, will no longer count!

And this changes how Local SEO works. Big time! Yipe!

From what I see now, after spending the last few hours going over our SEO client roster, the new changes have affected only one client – in the Insurance channel. That said, I’m not sure that these changes are as yet “complete” i.e. is Google done with the changes to their Places/Maps index algo or only part-way done or are there still server farm updates in the offing….

And Google states further that, yup….there’s more coming. Personalization is in the offing as are more ways to help Google “rate, discover and share” your experiences…sigh…just when I thought I might have a weekend off, eh! Oh well…back to our Canadian SEO practice…and while I do that, you might want to check out some of the expert Local SEO practitioners here who have also blogged about same –

And what a solid piece of well researched and informative knowledge this is, eh! Credit Mike offers, is due, and this graphic was originally inspired Mike writes, by a Lisa Barone blog post titled 11 Reasons Your SMB Still Needs A Web Site and refined with the help of David Mihm, Mary Bowling and Matt McGee.

Here’s how Mike outlines the thrust of why he created same –

“When presenting at Get Listed Local University we talk with a large number of small business owners. Many that we have met are attempting to understand the big picture of internet marketing and how the pieces relate.

These SMBs are trying to make a decisions amidst the buzz as to where to focus their on-line efforts. The goal of this infographic was to provide a foundation for that understanding from the perspective of long term investment in their marketing efforts. It is not so much a guide to those marketing priorities as it is a guide to understanding the trade offs in loss of control as you move your efforts onto the platforms controlled by others.”

I’ve poured over this image…and read it in it’s entirety from start to finish. It’s solid, dependable, reliable info that any SMB – in fact any SEO practitioner SHOULD read and know…and have that knowledge at one’s ‘beck & call’ to help build a successful process for a successful SEO campaign. It’s that simple and that needed, eh!

Go to Mike’s site. Download the full image (or print it from this .pdf link) and then pour over it yourownself….and learn! This is the best tip I can think of for “dotting all your i’s and crossing all your t’s” when it comes to Local Search, eh!

Thanks, Mike…thanks BIG TIME, eh!

News? Yes? Does that help searchers? You be the judge! For me the jury is stilll out, eh! And here’s my backstory on my testing so far….

I know that many of you do not even know what Google HotPot is — and the basic definition from Google on launch day back in November is as follows…

“a local recommendation engine powered by you and your friends. With Hotpot, we’re making local search results for places on Google more personal, relevant and trustworthy…”

Okay, so like many others in SEO practices around the globe, I went and looked at same, studied the bits of info that were offered by searching online for more info from HotPot users…and by the first week of December, I decided to give it a try. I know what you’re thinking, tho….did I try to “game” the HotPot system and stuff in millions of reviews about my own SEO clients? Nope, I did not, at least not at the start as I didn’t want to offer up any type of variance with this testing. What I did do, was to consider anyone whose service or products that I had used in the past few months, investigate to see if they had a site, and then go and create a HotPot ID and enter a review…the same process I’m sure that millions of consumers have done in this online world. (Disclaimer, I know this company as they’ve done work for me before but I do NOT have any SEO program in place for them whatsoever!)

In October, by way of a short backstory, I left my keys in my car and went in to pickup drycleaning, and yup, I accidentially locked myself out. To call my wife and see if she could pop outta work and come and open it up would have been the answer, but she was out of town on a business trip…so I was stuck. Then I remembered The Lock Hut, a firm that I had worked with in the past as their web host, so I iPhoned them and asked and a fellow came in 25 minutes and used a skinny tool to pop open the door of my sedan. And I was on the road in 5 minutes. I was happy with that whole service and in a small suburb was impressed with their speed, their capabilities and their overall “niceness” too! So I had a candidate!

So, I went to Google HotPot, created an ID and then slowly found out how to add a review once I’d “lined up” the proper locksmith firm….and then saved my review and the date was Friday December 3rd, 2010. And then I waited…here’s a screen shot of my HotPot account to see same….

Every Friday since then, I’d go back to Google Maps (Places) and then query for “Waterdown locksmiths” or some such keyword combination and see what I got…and while that firm was not on the list for the last 7 weeks, they did show up last week with NO reviews…and then today, Friday February 4th, 2011 — a full 8 weeks after I issued that review with my review showing prominently. Here’s a screen shot of the same locksmith as of today…

As you can see, there is another review there too, that offers up more info on their quick service, an item I’d agree with too! So HotPot does work, which is a good thing. In fact, as you may have noticed that I’ve now got more than 30 reviews up and posted and I check weekly to see if they’re “up!” Ah…and there’s the real thing to consider, as many others have noticed, HotPot is not running “true” to form and able to process reviews on a regular normal basis!

Nevermind that Google reviews go missing. Nevermind that it appears that they go missing for months. Nevermind that a similar review I made in Yelp comes up nicely in Google’s web results. Nevermind that HotPot appears to be somewhat spotty in that we’ve now tested for various types of reviews in various channels and only SOME appear….others are missing in action still…nevermind any of that for now…

Because it now appears that HotPot is not accepting reviews – all properly entered and then updated by validated HotPot ID holders….for some of us. And yes, this has been reported by many many SEO practitioners over the past months. Mike Blumenthal over at “Understanding Google Maps & Local” has a recent post on just that topic here…well worth the click to see what has been noted by many SEO types, eh!

Further, Miriam Ellis of Solas Web Design, noted same and posted here on the Search Engine Guide more on same….and as others noted, this “breakdown” in the normal usage of HotPot is what’s most annoying…especially for us SEO types who try so dang hard to first understand the web app and then make use of same for ourselves and our SEO clients….

Do you have any experience using Google HotPot and if so, do you have any issues….we’d all love to know more, so please post them here or anywhere on an SEO blog that we can learn from….as Mike says and says often, Google’s comments on their lack of reviews have been MIA (missing in action) now for 84+ days….more than long enough to come up with an answer is what we think too, eh!

And the official Google name that they’ve chosen to use is “Google PlaceSearch” but like many SEO types, I hate that name!

And not only me it appears as many other SEO practitioners have made comments too, using their own name for this new combined serp results page…and I thought that as it’s Friday, I’d post a quick poll to see what we SEO types wanna call same!

So, in no particular order…here’s the current contenders from some of the TOP SEO practitioners on the web today….

[poll id="2"]

Oh, and that aint all of them I’m pretty sure too! If you have any more, just send me the link to the SEO blogger who’s using same, and I’ll be quick to add it too!

Oh, single vote per IP only, of course….and the “winner” of same will win something…something “Canadian”! Don’t know if I’ve any moosemeat roasts in the freezer still, but it will be something purely Canuck eh!

UPDATE:

We waited for the full weekend to finish and the results have been tabulated and the votes counted and the winner is — Mike Blumenthal from http://blumenthals.com/blog/ and the winning “new name” for this is “Loco-Organic” — at least that’s what our teensy little sample of voters have to say! Congrats, Mike and your prize will be sent to you shortly…something typically Canadian, eh! Yup….here’s a quick look at same!

What’s that you say? A change to the way Google reports it’s findings for your search terms? And what does that mean for us SEO practitioners and our client rosters?

Not much, at least for our client roster, it appears — at least so far IMHO! But let’s get into this whole big change shall we?

First, there used to be “two” google algos — one for the Google Places search engine results that cataloged your LOCAL search…you know, click on MAPS, then enter “plumbers in Hamilton” and up came the listings for same, and this was according to Google about 20% of the total number of searches (approx. 3.5 billion) daily or 600 million folks used the Places areas. The other algo, was for the usual Google web results seaches (approx. 2.9 billion daily) where someone wanted to look “further afield” than in their own community for information. This is how things “used to be!” Not anymore, as Google last week changed the game, the rules, and yes, they combined the algos so that now, when you go to google.ca and say enter “lawyers in Hamilton,” you get what I call the Google BLEND and all the results are now on the same page, ie LOCAL is combined with web results…pls do go and try that entry in your own community.

Referring to the image above, note the #1 circle entry. This is new and up at the top of the left-hand sidebar and this now lists the word PLACES. This is a direct link to the old Google MAPS area, that will take your already entered phrase and drive it back into that new single algo, and come up with a more LOCAL set of results…ie this will totally ignore the normal BLEND of both LOCAL and web results.

Now look down at the #2 circle I’ve got there on the BLEND page and note the new little red PLACES icons each with it’s own corresponding letter? Then look over at the top of the right-hand sidebar – my #3 circle, and note the map covering the area that Google is reporting on, with again the same corresponding letters to help you identify the location of the various lawyers for your further information. On my own BLEND page, I note that my own A listing is for Ross & McBride, and that the map on the right-hand sidebar quite accurately shows their location in down-town Hamilton. This, I believe is of great help to anyone who searches for a lawyer (or anything really) and needs to determine the location of same within their own community.

And that’s not all, either. Look here at a blowup of the list of those LOCAL lawyers, each with their own red PLACES icon….

Note for me the right-hand column that hold the notes on each, and especially for Scarfone Hawkins — and see the “3 Reviews” text link insert above the Place Page one? Click on that, either will do and you’ll be sent to that listing’s Place page — go ahead, what do you see? Yes, it opens up that listings full Place page, and shows the reviews, from customers of same it appears and you can read that review there too. I note that the site has been verified by the owner, the law firm I expect and that all there is as it should be. So why do I mention same?

All the Google Places review issue. Many many of us have noted that many many businesses and firms have been apparently guilty of using spammed reviews to gain some traction in the Google Places or MAPS areas. I wrote about same here, as did many many other SEO practitioners and that appears to NOT have changed with this new Google BLEND serp reports either like Mike here or David here on similar issues. Of course, a few months back, Google gave us business owners the opportunity to respond on those reviews and Matt covers that perfectly right here…

Yes, I know…if fraudulent reviews can be written and posted, then won’t that “water down” the value of same? Yes, it will in our opinion….and we wait and see what Google will do about that…

Until then, we’re still banging away at all the various possibilities that now appear to show up on a web results Google serp page…they vary too, by the way, in that not all the pages show the exact same resulting layouts for various search terms. Google it appears is rolling this out slowly and in sections it appears from their various server farms….your mileage may vary I mean by that. But DO look at your own listing and run various keyword phrases through Google’s web results to check and see what your own prospective customers/clients are seeing…for instance here’s a totally messed up serp result again for “lawyers in Hamilton” but note the top 3 PPC adverts on the lavendear background are all for plumbers (that’s a hoot, everyone knows plumbers make more $$$ than lawyers, eh!)? Here’s a quick screen shot of same…

Oh, the term I used for this change in the Google web results serps is the ”Google BLEND” — it’s my own and there are a lot of various new names for this online….you can call it of course whatever you like or use Google’s own term which is “Place Search”….or click below to see some variations on same, eh!

From their own announcements, here’s the skinny on this superb seminar/workshop to learn as much as can be packed into a session on how to use the web to gain more customers — and not just for the Colorado biz community only, eh –

“Attend GetListed.org’s “Local University”–a half-day workshop about Internet marketing for Colorado businesses.

We’re bringing in some of the nation’s leading online marketing experts, including representatives from the Bing Local Listing Center, for an intensive four-hour crash course in Internet marketing that will help you navigate the possibilities for marketing your business on the web. You’ll learn Search Engine Optimization tips and techniques that will lead to sustained, long-term search engine rankings (and new customers).

Local University: Denver will take place on October 21, 2010 at the Sheraton Denver Tech Center, featuring two identical half-day sessions (8am – noon and 1pm – 5pm).

Attend either the morning or afternoon session– no need to miss a whole day of work to learn these techniques!”

As well, they also offer a pretty unique opportunity for local agencies to expose potential clients (and junior staff) to the concepts and ideas of Local University with a specific package targeted to their needs: the Local University Group “7-Pack”… click on that link to visit Mike’s blog piece on just that opportunity too!

Been there, done that…is what I know I should be saying…but if there’s anyway that I can make Denver this coming October, I’ll be there too! Not only is the session agenda packed with great LOCAL information and tips…but the cameraderie afterwords over a beer and dinner with other SEO practitioners is something NOT to be missed, eh!

So it’s Denver in October…update your Outlook calendar now, eh!

And that is that when reviews are published online in Google Maps and are available to be seen by one and all, that they are actually “true”, credible and rightous. Or are they? You tell me…and here’s the points to ponder on this for all us Canuck SMBs, eh! And a big “tip-O-the-hat” to Miriam for the finding and blogging on this late last week that got me thinking about our canuck google maps and what I’d find too, eh!

First, go to maps.google.ca and use “Leggat Pontiac Buick” as a search term…to open up a link to a local GM car dealership website, located a few miles away from where I live and one that yes, I’ve used for service to my own car in the past. Always had pretty good service and pricing too, I believe….but that’s for another blog posting.

Of course, you will need to be using the ‘un-logged’ in google settings to get the same default serp results that others get, ie you need to turn off your own settings for this….and once you have clicked, then you will see the same report that I do as shown here below….

Notice like I did, that the top shown reviews are all 5 star reviews. All these reviewers had great things to say about their experiences at Leggats and they were willing to say so right out loud and to the whole world. That’s the real strength of reviews and yes, this is how Google Maps should be showing their credibility to the world for all the SMBs who create their sites and manage same.

Course, the issue as I see it is that anyone can “check” on those reviews to a degree that in my opinion, can make one wonder as to the veracity of the reviews. How do you do that?

Well, look at the very first listed 5 star review. Note that it was posted by someone called beatrix.meisner, on July 20th this year, and that she found the deal she got at Leggats to be a great one for the service she got. That’s fine. That’s what reviews are for and I would congratulate Leggats on providing this kind of top notch service to a customer…or, should I? And why do I say that? Ahh…here’s the rub….

Click the name of the reviewer….beatrix.meisner…and you’re taken deeper into the maps.google.ca index to see what other reviews have been done by that person. Do this. Please….here’s a screenshot of what I see…

Do you see what I see as the page of 5 reviews posted by this person? Do you note like I do that this person must be a world traveller as they’ve posted reviews on a website company in Scottsdale, Arizona; a bankruptcy company in Los Vegas, Nevada (how can you lease a car at Leggats when you’re looking at bankruptcy is another question, eh); a “local” kitchen reno firm in Kitchener; the Leggats review and lastly, a hot tub firm in Manitoba where they’re booking their install. All reviews were 5 stars. All were made about a week or so apart. And all were glowing reviews.

Hmmm….does that “ring true” to you? I have my own suspicions, but I invite you to post your own comments here….what do you think?

And further, try clicking on a local car dealership in your own community, and then drill down further to check the reviewers own listings….what did you find? Is this a narrow “auto dealership” issue only or is it widerspread than that? What did you find in your own community is likely to be represented cross-Canada wide, I’d think…but I await your own comments here below, eh?

UPDATES:

Thought that I’d also check say on other car dealerships in our local area, to see if this kind of “review” was being posted by others with the same criteria – 5 stars and all on the same day or a couple of days apart…and YUP, there’s a ton of them, eh! Here’s a couple more to go and look at to see if you think what I think about the validity of such reviews — remember to click on the NAME of the reviewer and then you decide….are this true Reviews – or NOT?

Yup, just announced yesterday, Google now allows a SMB biz owner to respond to reviews from customers or clients in the Google Places milieu! Which of course is great news, sort of….for one and all, eh!

First the official notice on this is found here at the Google LatLong blog and you should make sure that you read same.

Next, that article has links to here, the Google Places Help area, where they show you exactly how Google thinks you should respond to reviews on your Places pages….using these simple items –

• Be nice!
• Don’t get personal!
• Feedback is important!

They go on there, to point out a couple of other items like offering up Ground Rules for your postings and Example Responses too, to show the not-so-social SMB owner that a rant here is not good for business!

Of course, you must be the verified SMB business owner and you must be logged in to even “see” the link on your own company Google Places page….else you see what everyone else sees, just the Reviews as posted by customers and clients.

Here’s a quick screen shot of our own Google Places Reviews area, that shows the new link that says — “Respond publicly as the owner…”

Tips for writing a public response

Ignore minor complaints and resolve issues privately when possible.

Address problems constructively. Don’t use responses to advertise.

Do not ask reviewers for anything or offer them anything.

Be professional and polite. The world can read your response.
Your response will be published right here. The entire world will be able to read it.

And yes, there’s a link there too that offers up more info on Google’s Comment Posting Policy…you should click it too, eh to take a look/see to find out exactly what you can and can’t say in response to a review.

So…that’s the technical items to enable any SMB owner who has a verified site to login and answer customer and client review. Point to consider tho would be, should you?

Think about what it is you say. A rant against a Review is always a bad idea, IMHO! You must respond and offer up solid logical explanations and remorse if needed on that customer’s or client’s Review points. Online friends have said this better than I can and I’ve placed their own comments here fyi….but remember. If you defend an ‘indefensible’ position, you’ll find that such a position is useless…and will affect your revenue stream while infecting your online reputation too! So think before you respond, eh!

Well, I’m back from a two day quick trip to Cleveland and attending the #LocalU SEO Conference there offered up by David Mihm’s leadership over at getlisted.org! And what a trip it was, both the first-time drive to Cleveland on I-90 and the Conference itself.

You have to remember, that unless you do attend Conferences or Seminars in person, your whole on-line friendships will never ever be as “big” as they can be — hence the chance to attend this Google Places/LOCAL Conference was high on our list to meet online friends in person! And we met a superb bunch of SEO types at the Conference itself as well as later over happy hour too!

David Mihm, whose blog has been on our Blogroll since we began, is the Seattle based SEO practitioner who offers up SEO both on a regular search basis as well as on LOCAL searches too. His annual Local Search Ranking Factors reports, compile results from 34 of the globes best SEO types and help rank the various algo items so that the rest of us can read/learn/research same for our own clients. His getlisted.org site offers up further research and learning opportunities — including being the host for the #LocalU Conferences that have been run. The one that I attended just on Wednesday past, was their #3 offering and they’ve got many more planned over the next few months too! My advice here is to ATTEND! Signup and get your rear into one of those seats to learn all you can about Local search opportunities….I did and I and my clients are happy already that I attended as David provided a solid tactic that I’d never ever considered before! I’m going to code same this weekend and install same for a client next week, so thanks muchly David!

Matt McGee, yes another Blogroll link on this site, is one more person that I finally met in person at the Cleveland #LocalU conference. Matt is well known online for many various blogging and SEO domains – his Hyperlocalblogger.com site offers up info on working your locale for blog authority; his smallbusinesssem.com site offers up search marketing help for small business and his columns and articles over at searchengineland.com point out to all of us the varities of search engine characteristics that are always undergoing change! Matt presented on the whole Social Media area and how using various tactics can help achieve both better online reputation and help prove your online credibility in your own community at the same time! Thanks Matt!

Mike Blumenthal, another Blogroll link here too, is known the continent over as “Mr Local” was a third online friend who I finally got to meet in person which was really a great comfort to me. I’ve been reading Mike’s blog over at blumenthals.com/blog/ now for a few years and to meet this expert in person was truly a great thing. Mike knows Local, and his blog and his comment sections are chock’full of tactics, ideas, hypotheses, testing and reporting….can you ask for any better? I think not! This day, as some of the scheduled experts had to send their regrets, Mike had to “fill in” for a few and his approach to their material — as well as to his own, was a great capture by us Conference attendees! I learned much from both the “ABC’s of Local Search” as well as his own pointed approach to “Ranking your Business in Local Search!” too! Well done, Mike. Oh and an aside…Mike has a new iPhone and used it both in his presentation — he showed the power of Google via a mobile search and contacted a client in that manner in real time — as well as he used the iPhone all evening too…to constantly search for info on any topic we discussed! As both Mike and Matt pointed out, mobile seach is truly a coming item to pay big attention to….and that goes for us all, eh!

Other presenters there were just as complete and spot-on with their own presentations; we heard from a Bing Local Listing rep, Maryam Gholami who walked us through their Listing Center and from Anita Campbell, of Small Business Trends (who own bizsugar.com btw!) on how to prioritize your time when it comes to social media….as well as Geoff Karcher of the Karcher Group who showed the basics of search engine result marketing and how small business can improve their visibility too!

Great Conference? Yes! Did I attend thinking I’d learn a lot? Not really, we’ve been involved in SEO for 10 years now, and in Local for over 2 years…but I was MOST surprised that I did pickup quite a few great tips at the presentations. I really attended to put “a face” to join my own online friendships with the top Local experts in the country is the real “why” I went…but learn stuff I did!

And lastly a personal thank you to those same experts, David and Matt and Mike and others too, who joinedup a bit after the Conference at Champs for some beers and then a smaller group for dinner! The talk then was of a more ‘client-oriented’ subject matter — what works and doesn’t work for us on an individual basis. It was my luck to sit close to Mike at that dinner and listen/watch as he expounded on some of the varieties of Google’s local search algo….interspersed with iPhone lookups/and searches….Mike does love that iPhone, eh! And David, your true hospitality is both muchly appreciated and I will reciprocate at the next #LocalU I go to — hopefully you’ll offer up an Advanced segment too!

So….I await notice of the next fairly close #LocalU from getlisted.org and would comment that if you’ve ever considered ranking for the 600 million Google local searches that are done daily, you too should go to getlisted.org and sign up for notices of the next Conference….it’s really worth going, eh!

Other very knowledgeable SEO folks I met who attended were ~
• Jim Gianoglio of LunaMetrics in Pittsburg, PA….great fella who knows SEO, eh!
• Michael Feuti of ChannelNet of Dearborn, MI…another astute and well spoken SEO guy
• Craig James of story-cast.com….an entrepeneur who has his eyes on the horizon

UPDATE ~
