FabFriday Means New Infographics!
Been again a busy week…we’ve been working of course on our own SEO practice and have had a couple of speaking presentations too on our own www.fundhamont.com crowdfunding startup too…so busy is the word for the week!
That said, yes….I did find a couple of great new infographics for you to look over in the online marketing channel and the thing is – they’re pretty good! We all know about using infographics to help our SEO client campaigns, that’s a given.
But more in this case might be that the ones I’ll feature today do more…they not only yes, help the creators out in the serp world, but they also point out a couple of “new” SEO tactics that yes, I didn’t consider too!
First up today, is an infographic I caught earlier in the month over at the www.socialmediatoday.com site, entitled “How to Become a Google Plus Wizard!” and it’s a great way to consider not only using Google+ but how to do just that! There are some almost unbelieveable stats there too…how’s “Google+ has the highest number of monthly visits of ANY social media platform at 1.2 billion a month!” Did you read that? Do you follow what that means? Is it any wonder that this sounds “odd” in that Facebook must, according to this stat, rank below the #1 most visited social media platform? Hmm….you’re thinking….could that be true? Google it (I did) and yup, looks right…thanks to a report on same by Forrester too!
Do read the complete infographic – or at least gloss over same. Many of the Google+ Wizards are already on same…I see my friend Mark Traphagen of the AuthorShip branding area mentioned…as well as many others too….so Kudos to the creator of same, Marcela de Vivo….over at www.gryffin.com….job well done girl!
Next up today, is a great l-o-n-g scrolling infographic from a new site that I found mid-week, entitled “Little Known Ways to Build High Quality Backlinks in 2014!” and it’s a hit I can tell you right away. Just about every single tactical item I know of – both ones I’ve used or have in testing – is on this infographic!
That includes yes, standard SEO tactics as I said we use – but also some we’ve no experience with at all…podcasts for instance. We’ve never ever had the opportunity to use same as our own clients don’t somehow believe in same – instead we do video SEO for their YouTube channels…so the Podcast info was new to us. It does look tho like the spots listed will be solid performers as I sometimes have used same when I’m researching a topic for a client.
That also means that while some of the areas are new to us – as I said, some are not so new…the ones listing the items NOT to do, ie Things to Avoid when it comes to serp ranking tactics is also pretty good – not complete mind you, but still a great basic list to start with for sure.
So again, Kudos to www.blogmost.com for this great Infographic….it’s well worth the click for great Canadian SEO, eh!Google
