Innovation Park a Logical Place for an Innovation Conference!

News is always fun to report on, and today we’re just one day away from the upcoming big LiFT Conference to be held at the McMaster Innovation Centre here in our bustling startup community of #HamOnt!

And while I know some of what the Agenda will be, it’s now even packed with more information for any  SME owner.

 Here’s how the article today in our  Hamilton Spectator says will be an event where Entrepreneurs can get a LiFT at a daylong Session -

And that’s definitely something in the minds of people at Weever Apps, a company of 12 employees at the McMaster Innovation Park.

The business was started a year and a half ago with technology developed by a couple of programmers and has grown to the point that its technology is used all over the world as the basic application software for mobile apps.

 Innovation Factory – a mentoring and counselling service for small and medium-sized companies at the Innovation Park – has been key in the company’s development, says Steve McBride, Weever’s vice -president of business development…”
