Every SEO worth her salt will tell you that any successful SEO campaign is based on the cornerstone of onpage optimization. However, when it comes to what onpage SEO techniques really work, there are 8 opinions for every 5 experts. When your business is at stake, you can’t just do something to optimize your site and hope that it works. You need to be completely confident that everything you do will help your rankings. Moreover, you need to be dead-sure, that you’ve done every single thing on the SEO checklist and your website is optimized across the board.

Before you start promoting any of your webpages, you need to optimize your entire website to make sure there’re no issues that might prevent it from ranking well.

Your website is a closely-knit system, where every part affects the whole. If you let just one tiny problem on your site slip through, it may turn into a big obstacle on your way to top rankings.

We use a specialized set of toos to help you spot every single area where your site’s performance falls short and easily find and fix the following problems:

  • Broken links
  • HTML code errors
  • Duplicate content
  • 404 and other server response code errors
  • Not indexed webpages
  • Missing or too long titles and meta description
  • and all other issues that interfere with your site’s rankings

As a result, your website becomes a seamlessly functioning system, fully tuned up to hit top search engine rankings…and our report will help you:

  • Optimize your site’s structure
  • Power up your pages with internal links
  • Resolve all problems that might be pulling your site down in the rankings
  • Get your site’s ranking potential into full swing

Other SEO companies charge upwards of $3,000 for just one SEO website audit report with raw data and no practical advice. And if you want them to give you specific recommendations on optimizing your website you’ll have to cash out even more.

But as you will see if you click our own Web Audit Program link here… we charge much less, we provide fully personalized reports, we point out optimization factors that are undone or incorrect and we help you learn about what to optimize and why!

Need an SEO Campaign? Then start with a Website Audit….it’s the right thing to do, eh!

Jim, great job creating the urgency here!

I would go further by saying web site audits, testing, and analyzing performance indicators are part of the many things that should be part of any SEO campaign AND ongoing efforts.

SEO is not forever but it is long-lasting and more sustainable than paid SEM.

It’s important to use methods to regularly dipstick performance and take snapshots of key metrics so you can really see what sort of progress you are.

The reality is that most of the time folks like you and I are coming into the situation when the bad habits have already manifested themselves. But that’s not a lost cause and I personally prefer it.. Every site will have performing content so you can see what is working, make changes, and split test landing pages to see what is engaging and converting the most.

The beauty of what we do is that it can lead to so many growth opportunities. Every SEO professional has strengths that can bring in fresh perspective.. But I do recommend that clients give their service providers enough time to track trends, adapt, and adjust their methods for optimum results.

Unlike what some of our fellows are touting, SEO is not a quick-fix, overnight solution type of thing.. And you need to have a strategy and measurable goals.

As you suggest, Jim, it all starts by auditing your web site and getting your resources in place.. but, to reiterate, sometimes you do have to just launch a web site and see what sticks. An audit post-launch is still VERY valuable!

@Yomar….great addition to this thread! And I’d have to agree with you “…that SEO is not a quick-fix, overnight solution type of thing.. And you need to have a strategy and measurable goals…”

And for us and our clients, it’s most likely what the full WebSite Audit shows….that we all begin from, eh!

    :-)

However as your original article goes through the initial directories to others then when its copied and reproduced your original article becomes one of a few, how can Google tell which is then the original ?

  4. Jim says:

really? this is a query coming from an “SEO” practitioner…gee…in my world you shouldn’t ever advertise that you “can” do something…till you “can!” Guess things’re diff in .au land…really lad, google for that query and then read and learn…sigh….
    ;-(
